私の投稿の補足資料（年次報告書より抜粋）です。 3. LIQUIDITY CONDITION AND GOING CONCERN As of December 31, 2025 and 2024, the Company had working capital deficits of $123,859,320 and $69,644,587, respectively. This condition raised substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern within twelve months from the issuance of the annual report. The Company’s liquidity is based on its ability to generate cash from operating activities and obtain financing from investors to fund its general operations and capital expansion needs. The Company’s ability to continue as a going concern is dependent on management’s ability to successfully execute its business plan, which includes increasing revenue while controlling operating cost and expenses to generate positive operating cash flows and obtain financing from outside sources. As of December 31, 2025, among the working capital deficits of $123,859,320, the Company had contract liabilities from both third-party customers and related party customers of $107,940,684 which would be settled through recognition of revenues. In addition, the Company had payable of $62,328,287 due to related parties which may be extended when due. In addition, the Company generated cash flow of $132,987,931 from its operating activities for the year ended December 31, 2025, and entered into borrowing agreements with financial institutions and related parties to borrow an aggregated amount of $68,678,373. 以下省略 I

決算遅延するということは、 監査意見「不表明」回避の目処がたたないということ。 ＧＷ返上お疲れ様ですが、監査法人も 名古屋からの移動や宿泊大変そうですね。。

恐らく、開示はされないと思いますが、仮に開示されたら弁護士に依頼して徹底的にやるつもりです。私だけでなくラッタさんも犯罪者扱いした人ですからね。（時間とお金の無駄遣いという気もしますが？？？）

tututuki氏のことですか？ 彼は、最後に捨てぜりふを残して、その後投稿は他の掲示板も含めて全くありませんね。tututukiもwhも脅迫まがいの投稿で執拗に私に絡んできましたが、開示請求すると言った日以降、投稿が無いことをみると恐らく〇社〇R関係の人ではないかと睨んでいます。（私の想像の限りですが。） tututuki氏に対する開示請求は行っていますが、今のところyahooからの連絡はありませんね。

見切りがつけられない 未練タラタラの人が 含み損を抱えて生きているんですね？ 泣けてきますね。

再投資わろた 私は1回目の決算延期で見切りつけたよ。 買うわけないやん。

もう、ダメそうだね。 他の銘柄のホルダーは含み益で 楽しそうなのにね。

当社は、2026年2月16日開示「2026年3月期第3四半期決算短信の開示が四半期末後45日を超えることに関するお知らせ」のとおり、2026年3月期第3四半期決算短信(以下、「第3四半期決算短信」という。)の開示を2026年5月中旬頃に延期することとしていましたが、第3四半期決算短信開示日を再延期するとともに、2026年3月期決算短信の開示日を2026年5月15日から延期することとなりましたので、下記のとおりお知らせいたします。←sbiの方に華にも記載されてない
